Prices shown are starting prices for the configuration indicated, are exclusive of stamp duty, registration charges, GST and other statutory levies and charges, and are subject to change without notice. Any promotional offer is valid only for the period and on the conditions stated by the sales office at the time, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Prices are confirmed only in writing by the sales office at the time of booking.
Officer's Enclave is registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration number P50500047527. Details of the project, including approved plans, approvals and the declared timeline, are available at maharera.mahaonline.gov.in.
Prospective buyers are advised to verify the registration and all project documents on the MahaRERA portal before making any booking or payment.
Bookings are accepted only at the sales office against a written allotment and an official receipt issued in the name of R Sandesh Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd.. Payments must be made only by cheque, demand draft or bank transfer to the account designated in the agreement for sale.
The Company is not responsible for any amount paid to any person or account other than the designated project account, and does not accept cash payments. If in doubt about the authenticity of any person claiming to represent us, call 022 6849 3422 before paying anything.
All content on this website — text, images, renderings, floor plans, site plans, logos, marks including "R Sandesh Group" and "Officer's Enclave", and the design of the site itself — is owned by or licensed to R Sandesh Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
