What we collect

We collect only what you give us, and a small amount of technical information that any website receives.

Information you provide

• Your name, mobile number and email address when you submit the enquiry form or request a site visit.
• Your stated interest — the configuration or Arcade unit you are asking about — and your preferred visit time.
• Anything you choose to write in the optional notes field, or tell our sales team by phone, email or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server log data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view.
• Advertising and analytics identifiers, if you reached us through a Google or Meta advertisement. See Cookies and advertising.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial account numbers, card details, PAN, Aadhaar or other government identification through this website. Documents of that kind are collected only at the point of booking, directly by our sales office, under the agreement for sale.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry, share pricing and availability, and arrange a site visit;
• follow up about Officer's Enclave and R Sandesh Arcade by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email;
• keep a record of the enquiry for our sales team and, where you proceed, to prepare booking documents;
• measure which advertisements and pages bring genuine enquiries, so we spend less on the ones that do not;
• meet our obligations under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and other applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's independent marketing.

Who we share it with

Your details may be shared, only as far as necessary, with:

• Authorised channel partners and brokers appointed for this project, where your enquiry originated with them or is assigned to them for follow-up;
• Banks and housing finance companies, but only if you ask us to arrange a home loan referral;
• Service providers who run our website hosting, email, call handling, CRM and advertising measurement, under obligations of confidentiality;
• Professional advisers and authorities, where disclosure is required by law, by a court, or by a regulator such as MahaRERA.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to understand how the site is used. If advertising or analytics tags are active, Google and Meta may also set cookies to measure advertisement performance and to show you our advertisements on their platforms.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not stop you using this site, though some measurement will be incomplete. You can control personalised advertising through Google Ad Settings and your Meta account preferences.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as we are in contact with you about a purchase, and for up to three years after our last contact, so that we can answer questions about what was discussed. Where a booking proceeds, transaction records are kept for the longer period required by tax, company and real estate law.

You may ask us to delete your enquiry record earlier. We will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You may at any time ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date;
• delete your enquiry record, where we are not required to keep it;
• stop contacting you — by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email, or all of these.

Write to the grievance officer below. We will respond within thirty days. To stop marketing calls and messages immediately, you can also tell any member of our sales team, or reply STOP to an SMS.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you give us, and we limit access to staff and partners who need it to answer your enquiry. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; please do not send sensitive identification or financial details through this website.

Children

This website is intended for adults considering a property purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to us and we will delete the record.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
